ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENT:
This beautiful arrangement adds just the right touch to bring
this hymn into today's music for the church. Using three verses, Mr. Lanier
incorporates a
middle section that adds a subtle mystery to the words, "I'll
love Thee in life, I'll love Thee in death, And praise Thee as long
as Thou lendest me breath; And say, when the death dew lies cold on
my brow; If ever I loved Thee, my Jesus 'tis now."
With a key change into the last verse and chorus, this arrangement
ends, moving from jubilant praise, to quiet worship of Jesus, our
Savior. Consider using the Choral Accompaniment Track, beautifully
arranged highlighting guitar and flute, adding just the right mood
for this sensitive hymn rendition.
